Terra-cotta Army Museum Entrance & Complex

The Terracotta Army is a collection of terra-cotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210–209 BCE and whose purpose was to protect the emperor in his afterlife.

An experience like no other.  A must do when visiting Xian.  Every Chinese city I’ve visited has its own summit.  For Xian, it is undeniably the Terra-cotta Army Museum.
