Black-tailed Jackrabbit MG_3190

The Black-Tailed Jackrabbit is located throughout the southwestern United States and parts of Mexico, mostly in desert and sagebrush habitats. Like other jackrabbits, the black-tailed jackrabbit has distinctive long ears, and the long, powerful rear legs characteristic of hares. This shot was taken couple years ago in Baja California, Mexico.
